Kohimarama Retreat is located in the Auckland vacation rental beachside suburb of Kohimarama: 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Kohimarama Beach, 15 minutes walk to the vibrant restaurants and beach at Mission Bay.

| Bookings from 20 December to 10 January: $4000 NZD per week, minimum 2 week stay. The minimum stay at Kohimarama Retreat is 3 nights. Prices for stays longer than one week are available on request. Unless agreed otherwise, earliest arrival time at Kohimarama Retreat is 3:00pm and latest departure time is 10:00am. If Kohimarama Retreat is not booked before/after your stay, there may be some flexibility in the arrival/departure times. However, this needs to be agreed in advance with the owners. A 20% deposit is payable on booking. This deposit can only be returned upon cancellation if those days are subsequently re-booked for full rate. Full payment is due four weeks before arrival. |
